KIWAVI Hub ("KIWAVI," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at otr.kiwavihub.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or use the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have.
By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Information you provide directly. When you submit our contact/tour request form, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company (optional)
- Event date (optional)
- Estimated headcount (optional)
- Message content
This information is submitted through our form and processed by Formspree, a third-party form-processing service. Formspree's own privacy practices govern how they handle data in transit — see their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy .
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we (via Google Analytics or a similar analytics service) may automatically collect:
- Pages visited and time spent on the Site
- General device and browser information
- Approximate location (city/region level, derived from IP address)
- Referring website or search terms that led you to the Site
We do not currently use the Site to process payments, create user accounts, or facilitate bookings directly — all bookings and rental agreements are handled through direct communication and a separate signed agreement.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to tour requests, event inquiries, and general questions submitted through the contact form
- Understand how visitors use the Site, so we can improve it
- Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your contact form submission for unrelated marketing without your consent.
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate the Site:

We retain contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, after which they may be deleted or archived. Analytics data is retained according to our analytics provider's default retention settings.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, email us at hello@kiwavihub.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
7. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through the Site, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
