These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at otr.kiwavihub.com (the "Site"), operated by KIWAVI Corporation ("KIWAVI," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided to share information about KIWAVI Hub, our space, our offerings, and how to get in touch with us. You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

- Misrepresent your identity when submitting the contact form

2. No Booking Contract Formed Through the Site
Submitting a tour request or contact form on this Site does not constitute a booking, reservation, or binding agreement. All space rentals, offsite bookings, and events are subject to a separate written agreement between KIWAVI and the client, negotiated and signed independently of this Site. Availability, pricing, and terms discussed informally through the Site are not final until confirmed in that separate agreement.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the KIWAVI name and branding — is the property of KIWAVI Corporation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary for ordinary personal, non-commercial use of the Site (e.g., viewing pages in your browser).

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, our Instagram, LinkedIn, or partner sites). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk.
